That awkward place of your lower butt/upper thigh area...any good ways to tone/firm it up?
I've been working out and have been getting results everywhere but there :p
I've been running and doing squats and lunges. My stomach is in shape, my legs are in shape - save that area.
Is it a waiting game now? Will the results come if I keep it up or do you know any awesome workouts to target that area to get my butt on board with the rest of my body? :p
