Although not truly lactose free, most pure whey isolates have such a small amount that even people who are lactose intolerant have no problems usually. Also, there is no such thing as protein powders "for women." And companies that tell you otherwise are trying to make money off you =)
Go to a real health food store. None of that GNC crap. Orgain is my favorite. It's not a powder though. And it's almost completely lactose free. It tastes amazing, especially if you put it in the freezer.

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein is the best for almost everyone. Protein isn't supposed to taste delicious. Having said that I find ON to be quite tasty and it works really well

NOW for sure. But no poweder is completely lactose free but enough to not do those lactose do on you
I like to use body fortress whey protein. I feel like it's got all you need and it's affordable!
NOW Pea protein is great and what I use. It's also full of vitamins and amino acids.
