Fun and Easy Recipes For Summer 🌞🍨

Summers almost here!

Which means we need to find ways to chill, rejuvenate and most importantly E N J O Y!

Here some cool and easy recipes you may want to try:

Raspberry lemonade smoothie

1 can lemonade
• 1 glass of water
• 2 cups frozen raspberries
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 4 cups ice {depending on preference)
• Fresh lemons (optional)


Add in the raspberries, sugar and ice into the blender , then pour in the lemonade and the water and mix until no chunks are present.

Nutella frozen yogurt


• 2 cups plain yogurt
• 2/3 cup Nutella (160g)
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder (20g)
• 1/3 cup sugar or sweetener
• 1 cup milk
• chocolate chips (optional)


Blend all ingredients until completely smooth.
Sprinkly choc chips or any toppings of your choice.

Strawberry cheesecake popsicle


8 oz sofened cream cheese
1 cup cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp lemon zest
2 cups fresh strawberries (chopped)


Place cream cheese in a food processor and mix until smooth.
Add cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest , Process until well combined.
Add 1 1/2 cups of the strawberries and process until almost fully smooth. Stir in remaining chopped strawberries.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds and push popsicle sticks about half of the way into each
Freeze for at least 4 hours.

Mango Ice

240ml orange juice
240ml mango juice
40g honey

Place ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Pour into paper cups and freeze until set.

Banana & Ice Cream Sandwiches

450g chocolate chip cookie dough
340g milk chocolate chips
2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
450ml vanilla or banana ice cream


Preheat the oven to 160 to 170°C/gas 3.

Form the cookie dough into 12 equal-sized balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned.. Cool for 10 minutes.

Place chocolate chips pan of simmering water and stir until the chocolate has melted .

Spread the melted chocolate on top of 6 of the cookies, after they have cooled down. Place on a greaseproof baking sheet.
Place the remaining biscuits, flat-side-up, on the same baking sheet. Arrange the banana slices on the flat side of the remaining biscuits. Freeze all the biscuits for about 45 min until the chocolate has set and the banana slices are frozen.

Scoop about 80ml of ice cream of your choice on top of the frozen bananas. Place a chocolate covered biscuit on top to form a sandwich
Freeze for 3 to 4 hours and serve.

Spiked Watermelon Lollies


1/2 large watermelon, peeled and cut into chunks
50g sugar
180ml vodka
10g chopped fresh mint leaves (optional)
Ice pop molds
16 wooden pop sticks

In a blender, combine the watermelon, sugar, and vodka. Blend until the mixture is smooth.

Add the mint and combine. Pour the mixture into the pop molds. Insert the wooden sticks all the way down the inside the molds. Freeze for at least 10 hours or overnight.
Note: For nonalcoholic lollies, substitute 3/4 cup orange juice for the vodka..

Orange creamezcal


4 small scoops vanilla ice cream
30ml mezcal
175ml chilled orange soda

Add ice cream scoop into a glass. Pour the mescal over the ice cream, and then the orange soda. Refreshing!
