What do Guys think when they see Girl Selfies?

Question

What are some things that guys think when they see a girl's selfie? Do these pictures come of as a POV? 

Also, I'd like to know what people think about selfies in general? Like when people post serious faces, or body shots, pictures of their legs, etc? 

I'm just curious as to what people think. So feel free to fill me in :)

I don't know, I think it can be a little over the top but I think it's fine. Some people try to get attention wherever they can and selfies can be part of that. I feel a little sorry for people when I think that's the case though. Obviously people don't seek attention unless they need it so that's that I guess but that's not what I think in the vast majority of cases. Mostly I just think they like taking pictures. I don't but many do and that's cool if that's their bag.

I don't think sexual things, no. But a lot of guys are pervy and inappropriate, and on this site especially they don't know how to interact with women so they're creepy and misogynistic because of it. It drives me nuts because sometimes women think anyone who replies to them is like that and sometimes you just want to ask a question or have a quick chat about something or whatever. Makes it hard. I'm sorry you've gotten those messages. You shouldn't have to deal with that. No one should. These guys don't get what the big deal is though. They just think it's harmless and if you're bothered by it you're just oversensitive because emotions and menses and such. It creeps me the fuck out. I don't trust those people at all.

I did have one thought when I saw your profile picture. You're pretty. You have lovely eyes. I bet you get that one a lot though.

But a warm feeling? Or yes dear you have a smile that makes people melt :-)

By the way, apparently there's a new trend... before leaving on holiday to the beaches girls make a pic of their feet and post it on sites like instagram. They call it a "feetie". No joke, here's a link!

Selfies are nothing to be ashamed of.

What exactly is the argument against selfies? Have a photographer at your side at all times instead like a "cool" person? That's rather snobbish.

If I feel like taking a picture of myself, sometimes asking someone else to take it can get awkward, especially if I'm not wearing pants.

As long as you aren't doing a duck face, selfies are good. A bit idealistic, as the girl tends to only put up shots that make her look a little extra hot, but still, nothing wrong with it. Same thing with body shots and legs (very hot, by the way).
