There's a lot of different exercises there for all sorts of different areas. My favorites are definitely the first 2 channels. I'd really recommend watching the videos and then creating a workout routine for yourself focusing on the stomach area.

Abs. Do core exercises. And run.
Women don't bulk like men naturally. There is no "exercise for women." It's just exercise. Women simply will not sculpt like men when they work out without a little help from an outside source. But abs and running will slim the stomach.
There's no such thing as toning. It's such a stupid word in terms of fitness. Your belly is sticking out a bit is because you gained weight. If you want it gone you need to lose weight. Best way to do that is the old fashioned way: controlling what you eat and excercising regularly. Don't be overly consumed with abdominal excercises either. They will work the abdominal muscles but do nothing to the layer of fat that sits on top of them.
Do planks or ab roller to train your transverse abdominals. Those muscles are likely weak and not pulling in properly, or your hips are slightly tilted and need to be corrected. (I'm assuming you ate well and do not need to clean up the diet or clean out your system)
