She might just like the shirt, but, being a woman, we tend to like to wear a mans shirt because its like being in high school and wearing a guys football jersey or letterman jacket, we bring these little things with us. Better understanding, men have a persona about them, your male, man, the knight the warrior in every womans eyes, you only get points deducted from this role after we get with you or hang out with you and things start happening. So if this is a very new situation, you are her knight and she wants the high school experience. It will on be what you say it is, you want her only as a friend, let her know she can have the shirt and throw in, I was done with it anyway. She might get mad, but your point will be taken. Man I miss being a teenager and doing that. Yep it's because we want to be close to you even when you aren't around. I wouldn't even wash them so it smelled like them. As I have gotten older I have gotten much more refined. I just don't change sheets after my beloved spends the night. It smells like them for at least a day or two and I sleep on their side. It's just like having them there:)

It's just a remembrance of the night you had together or she is just really likes teenage mutant ninja turtles haha. I ask guys for their tshirt ,especially if their my friends, if I really really like the picture on the shirt but without the emotional attachment thingy.
Some girls do have an emotional attachments because it reminds us what a special night it was to us and want it as a memory every time they wear it or could have kept it because she just like the shirt, I know I like some of my guy-friend shirts and its one in particular that I want and I wear it whenever I plan on staying the night ( Its my shirt its just at his house, he doesn't even wear it no more)
