Is this normal?
any tips to lose belly fat?
It's completely normal.
But if you still want to get that flat stomach, the key is LESS BODY FAT AND PROPER DIET. Cardio is your best friend. High intensity interval training is really good to lose the extra body fat. But that might be a little extreme if you are not overweight to being with.
I would suggest sprinting. Give yourself about 20 mins. Spring for a minute and then walk for a minute. Do this for 15-20 min straight. Not only will this give you fantastic legs but your abs/stomach will tone down as well. You're going to lose body fat and work your muscles at the same time.
After your cardio, finish up your ab workout by doing pushups, planks, and medicine ball inclined bench sit-ups.
As far as eating right goes, your cardio will not be of much help if your diet is crappy. Add more protein to your diet, quit the processed/junk food and eat clean. Make sure you don't overeat and drink lots of green tea.
Yep, it's normal. So long as you're not overweight, you've got nothing to worry about.
If you want to tone up, calisthenics, weight lifting and cardio work wonders when done in combination. Plenty of workouts to be found on the internet.
It's kind of normal in this society... sugars make your stomach bloat like that so I say lay of grians like, whole grains and soda or anything else that is sugary
Yes,o of course it is 'normal.'' What a concept!
It might be unusual, given the sedentary life we lead in the US these days..but it's much more 'normal' than the Oprah silhouette. it's a sign of good health. You need good muscle tone; just not being 'overweight' won't give you that nice silhouette. You need abdominal muscles that are firm and strong. That's what flattens the stomach.
Sports, aerobics, dancing, hiking, these things will do it for you.
I certainly don't. I never have either. Even when I was in excellent shape (which I'm totally not now) I had a gut. It's mostly genetics.
Unless you work out, a LOT. and do A LOT of ab stuff, you can't really get a flat stomach even if you're in good shape unless it's natural.
It ain't that big a deal either way. Also. It could be baby fat. I didn't lose all mine till I was about 17.
My face was the worst. Round as a meatball it was.

If you are an apple type, yes this is normal. The reason you will see a lot of girls with flat stomachs is because the majority of women are pears, hourlgasses, or banana shapes (which means they're least likely to put on belly fat, but fat in other areas). Changing your diet and doing ab work will help.
To be honest, having a flat stomach is more about genetics more than it is about one's health.
Some people can be in peak physical condition and still not have a "flat stomach".
It's natural for some, not others. They either play a sport and are always in peak physical condition or they are ectomorphs and can't gain weight easily.
Unless you start treading on overweight territory, your belly should not be of concern.
It's really normal. If you want to have those flat stomach so as not to feel insecure about yourself, simply work it out.
Normal. I'm 6 feet tall. And only 128 pounds. And even I have stomach Roll's when it sit down.
