Guys this happened to my friend who is no more and is a real story. He fall in love with a Romanian girl named Rica Denisa Carsote from Harsova, Constanta. They met online and fall in love with each other. Rica was having some kind of illness and have no money for treatment. Then my friend sent her 1000 Euro (4500 RON).
And the girl use to ask for money with new excuses like she dont have mobile phone, have no rent to pay, no money for food. My friend bough her a new mobile online from altex. ro. They use to chat hours on Skype, whatsapp etc.
Everything was going good but once my friend stopped sending money as he had some problems, she stopped talking to him. She said that he don't trust him and started blaming him.
We saw the girls' pictures with other man named Gabi Nici Anton whom we believe is her husband or boy friend. There was a baby too. All on facebook, this profile of Gabi was taken down by him later. However we have the pictures.
She changed her mobile number, stopped responding on Skype, whatsapp etc. My friend was broken hearted and tried committing suicide. He was in hospital for some days. He came back home but stopped talking with all. And one day he left his home without saying anything to anyone.
We don't know what we do
So dear all please be cautious while dating online. I have said names of the girl because I want you to be safe with this name.
Let me know if anyone wanted any proof of money sent, or mobile bought.

I don't know if you can peg any one group of people. I can say that I've had and people I know have had terrible luck with Korean women, but that could be just our luck because the sample size is not large enough.
I can tell you this, though. The majority of women are not trustworthy, so odds are she cannot be trusted, but you're going to evaluate each woman separately.
Like any nationality, skin color, gender, you name it, it depends on the actual person. However I'd suggest toning down your stereotypical beliefs before you date anyone, because it's extremely unattractive.

I don't know any romanian people personally, so I can't
talk from experience, but what I can say is, that you should never generalize
people just because you hear or read something, somewhere.

Unfortunately, a lot of romanian girls do get into that lifestyle for means of survival, needless to say any women (regardless of where they are from) can be sluts and gold-diggers, you just have to find the good women out there, and there are plenty of them.
This is really racist and offensive. To generalize all the people in one group just for the actions of a few, is wrong. No, they would not all be sluts (this is a really derogatory term too), because you shouldn't believe the racist comments of anyone. There are women from all nationalities that are gold diggers, so just because you see some or many, does not mean that they all are.
