I think it doesn't matter. Getting off is not the ONLY goal of having sex with your partner.

It does, however, the woman refractory time ( time between times they can have sex) actually increases with age. So girls actually get more sexually active as they age.

If your partner has a higher sex drive than you and your masturbation is lowering your own sex drive even more, it's certainly not healthy because it means you've got a willing partner that you're avoiding. If your partner has a lower sex drive than you, then masturbation is perfectly healthy.

I don't think masturbating (by itself) can have any harmful effects to a relationship. Men and women have sexual urges, and both want to satisfy these urges. Masturbating is a safe and healthy way to do this when having sex isn't always possible.
