Are you friends with her? If you block her and she notices, it would be confusing and off-putting. Just because she doesn't like you, there's no reason to hold a grudge, but if blocking her will make you feel better then go for it.

I don't think you need to block her, but you do need to try to get over her if she doesn't reciprocate your feelings.
