Age difference doesn't matter as long as you are both at the same place in your lives and want the same thing. I wouldn't want to date a 60-year-old woman because, unlike me, she probably wouldn't want to have kids in the near future, and the same goes for an 18-year-old.
Being different ages doesn't make much of a difference, especially if you are on the same page. Plus, if you think about it, women mature faster than men anyway.

My friend told me about this formula: take the age of the older person, divide it by 2 and then add 7. This is the lower limit for dating before it is seen by others as creepy... so 52\2 = 26, +7= 33... so you are well within that range haha! Personally I think it doesn't matter as long as you are both over 18. The only important question is do you both want the same things out of a relationship?
NOPE! I can understand that age gap being harder if its like an 18 year old and a 30 year old because they would be at 2 different paths in their lives. I'm sure you both have experienced and lived enough and know what you are doing. Don't even worry about it :D
You're not in high school anymore. After 20, no one really cares anymore. Men have been marrying younger women probably since the beginning of time. It's only a big deal if you make it one.
No I wouldn't say 12 years is that much :) In a relationship with younger people I could see that posing a problem but when you're in your 40s and 50s I wouldn't say that's any issue :D
Depends on what kind of 40 you are and what kind of 52 he is (in terms of your personalities and experiences). Just don't expect him to have the same energy and interests as a 42...

You're both adults, I don't think it matters at that age. I mean like, are 40 year olds really any different than 50 year olds in terms of maturity and interests? O:
Nope. Age is just a number, and that's not too much of a difference anyway. If you like him, go for it.
I'm 63 and my wife is 51 and it's working great. Statistically, 11 years is the optimum difference in terms of avoiding divorce. If you're into him, go for it.
Not at all. If you like him, that's all that matters. Age is only as important as you make it. :-)
Probably not. Look at Zeta Jones and Douglas.
you know? they are like 20 years difference or something.at your age it's fine, but 30's or under, not comfortable with that
I don't think so, no.
No, that age gap is fine.
At 25 I had a FWB with someone aged 49
no it's not. you're both adults and that's fine
