Guys in general to me seem to be very anti-cat. I have no idea why. I'm definitely a cat person. I don't care if a guy likes cats or not, but I think it's kind of silly to dismiss them all and assume you hate or will hate every cat you 'meet', haha. They have extremely diverse personalities. I get really excited though when a guy openly loves kitties. Huge plus in my book. =P
Well, I think it depends. When you live alone and have more than, say, 3, you go from being a cat person, to being a CAT PERSON.
Not at all. Some people are dog lovers, others cats. Doesn't make you weird at all. It's not like you're 80 and living alone.
No, lots of people have cats, both guys and girls. I think there is a perception that cats are girl pets and dogs are guy pets for some reason.

I knew someone who thought they were creepy =^__^= Cats are just severely misunderstood. But they're hilarious. And cute. Cats are awesome.
it's not weird. I have a cat and I volunteer at a cat shelter. my boyfriend doesn't care either way
