only 10 minutes? so in otherwords you don't know him well. sometimes if you talk to someone, you get a feeling for who they are. I believe he is interested and just based on the little info you have provided it is hard to judge whether he sees you as just a friend or potentially more if you know what I mean. the fact is , you don't know him well. Any guy on the street can talk to you for 10 minutes and then invite you somewhere, it's not that special. It could mean anything because that's such a brief time to know someone.
