Why does my ex boyfriend keep staring at me?

He dump me 2weeks ago because he prefer to play video games. I've never contacted him since. But we work together once every week and my friends said he keep staring at me. He tried to get my attention few times but I just ignore him. Last sat, I compliment on his new haircut and he seems happy and talk a little with me. Just a short convo and then I walk off. The rest of work I just ignore him. But he keep staring and sometimes kind of moody. Once he walk pass me and told me my friend is outside waiting for me. Does he wants to get back?

He asked me out first but I had to give him lots of obvious hints that I was into him before he dare to ask me out. We been into each other for a whole year. But he was too shy to ask me out. Been dating for 2months only :(

Yes he wants to get back with you. He just doesn't know what to say or how to get you back. It's hard to get over an ex and this situation is even harder because you both work with each other. So he is always going to be bumping into to you.It wasn't your fault he choose video games over a girl which is always a no no. The big question is do you really want to get back with him?

Yes I still am very much in love with him. But I just don't want to make the first move because I've ask many times to try to make things work during our break up but he insist no. I'm afraid he would reject me again. Can I know what makes you think he wants to get back with me? I just don't understand guys.

I agree you shouldn't make the first move. I think you should play hard to get. If you talk to him keep the conversations short. And osmetimes ignore him. I think you are doing good so far. I think he wnats to get back because he is staring at you and trying to get your attention. Believe me you were proabably the best thing that happend in his life besides video games. Video gmes can't talk to you and it can't give you happeniness that a girl can give you.

Thanks. But he is a massive geek.He enjoy spending time alone playing video games, reading and painting his miniature games. The main problem with our relationship is that he doesn't like to text or call. But he did a lot of texting in the beginning of our relationship. He's also a quiet and private person. I'm not sure if he will ever make a move.

I never ask after we broke up. I did make myself look attractive when I'm working with him. I act like the break up doesn't bother me at all. I notice that he try to be around me sometimes. But I'm not confident if he will do the chasing.

That really sucks that he doesn't like to text or call. That really hurts relationships. Communication is always important. I believe he misses you. Just because he is a private person and plays video games and stuff. Doesn't mean that he is not thinking about you or that you isn't on his mind. I think you are playing the whole thing cool. That sucks. :( he should not had given up on you if you guys had a problem in the relationship. Just because he claims he isn't good at talking doesn't mena to just walk away form problems in relationships. So you had to give a lot of hints. :( He must be super shy. Him being super shy has hurt the communication part of the relationship. Did you guys do things that normal couples do? Like go out and enjoy each other company. How has he been acting lately?

Yes we did. We hang out a lot and I think he's not used to going out much. He's been talking and joking with me a lot lately just like before. He doesn't seem to mind when I stand really close to him (I was actually so close that I'm touching his shirt) and he didn't move away. I texted him yesterday to say 'hey, how are you? You are pretty moody last night' and he didn't reply. I just don't understand him. Any idea? Been 24hours now and still no reply :(

Well that's good that you guy are still talking and joking with each other. I think he does miss you. But then the other part of him is probably still the same. Meaning shy playing video games etc. He proabably was playing video games when you texted him. That's another issue. Is sometimes the video game takes the time away from a relationship. I think with him it's hard to change his personality and who he is. Some guys you can groom or mold them to change. This guy does random things.

Ok, so I also have an ex that I work with that stares at me all the time. I finally contacted him after 4 months of no contact and I asked if he wanted to do dinner sometimes, and he said he can't but thanks for the invite. Why all the staring and checking out if he just rejected me?
