Why do you think she blocked him after he contacted her?

My baby father was trying to pursue his pregnant ex girlfriend ( she wasn't pregnant by him but instead her new man) while I was pregnant by him and she blocked him. Im trying to figure out why she blocked him.
She has no feelings for him
She thinks he was fucked up pursuing her because she was pregnant by another man
She thinks he's fucked up pursuing her because she knew I was in a relationship with him and pregnant by him
