I've recently gone on a break with my boyfriend due to having depression, and really struggling with it. I'm pregnant with his child, and moving house with my parents this week, so I'm incredibly stressed out, so I decided that giving each other time and going on a break for now is the best outcome for both of us! We've decided on no contact too, but he's there if I need him, and visa versa! I just dont know what to do, I don't know if the break is making me feel worse, I just don't wanna get out of bed, don't wanna leave the house, it's got really bad.
What advice can you guys give me? Shall I continue on this break?
