Was my ex's' facebook post a reaction to mine?

So my ex and I are still friends on facebook. Long story short, we broke up in November and started talking again in December. We were flirting/fooling around in Jan/Feb. He then tells me in March he ran into someone from his past and they are boyfriend/girlfriend and it happened really fast (classic rebound). He was in a relationship with her a week after seeing me and we haven't spoken since. On Saturday I posted pictures of me all dressed up at a friends birthday party, first time I have posted pictures since my ex saw me last. Sunday afternoon my friend posts pictures from the party and 2 hours later my ex posts really crappy pictures from axe throwing (3 of him and one of him with another girl) and the post sounded like a yelp review. The picture of him and the girl they are facing each other, it's blurry, his eyes are closed and he's not even smiling. The last time my ex posted anything non-work related was in January and it was a birthday shout out. So less than 24 hours after i post pictures being out, he does the same. I find it really hard to believe it's a coincidence considering how he uses facebook. He never updated his relationship status and in his post he doesn't even mention the girl at all (no name or no tag) so I have no idea who she is. what do you think?
