How would you cope with this?

So I dumped my girlfriend half a year ago due to abuse and violence, I found out that she was a narcissist and also a pedophile that’s the reason I left and that she kept hitting me and lying to me etc, well now she won’t leave me alone she’s lying about me online and she keeps going by my house she has no reason to go near my house but she is now to just get in my head she’s also reporting me as being fake and getting me banned on social media sites I’ve reported her to the police but they haven’t done anything they’ve taken statements but nothing happens how would you cope with this? I’m not coping especially well as she’s doing my head in. Any thoughts?

Well, since you've already made a police complaint, just avoid her as best you can once you've informed the sites what's going on. You need to great this crazy person off your mind.
