Should I file for child support?

I'm almost 19 weeks pregnant; although it wasn't a planned pregnancy, I was still married to my unborn baby's dad at the time I fell pregnant, but he does not want anything to do with me or the baby.

Do I have the right to file for child support?

To give some background, He cheated on me, and although I have the proof to prove it, he still denies cheating. He even accused me of cheating on him and the baby not being his, and even though I have the proof to prove he did accuse me of cheating and I offered multiple times to do a DNA test to prove the baby is his as i have never cheated on him ever, he lied and said he never accused me of cheating. There was abuse on both of our parts, meaning I did verbally and emotionally abuse him while he threatened to physically harm me on more than one occasion, among other things, all of which I have evidence of. There is so much more, but this is just a small snippet of how things were between us.

If you are going to attack me and accuse me of driving him away, are you not reading the part where I said he cheated on me and it wasn't once he cheated on me, he physically assaulted me while also threatening to basically kill me. If I uploaded the messages he sent to me, you would see he also abused me and he is now even going as far as blaming me for his childhood trauma when I was never in his life when we were kids. I never once cheated on him in the 8 years we were together and married
