Why can my ex not see the bad things he done to me after the break up?

He tries to contact me like nothing ever happened but I can’t speak to him like nothing has happened because I’m still hurt and I don’t think it will ever go away.

And all he says is that I give him abuse or give out or I cause drama?

And I’m like no I’m hurt and I’m saying what u have done and it’s like he doesn’t want to hear it all he says is I can’t change the past can I? And I’m like no but you could change the future.

Like he keeps doing things to me when there is no need.

Like giving me xs when I’m talking to him saying he would love to cuddle me when he hasn’t even been nice to me and treated me like dirt

All I want him to see is what he did and make him realise his mistakes but it’s like he just doesn’t care.

And I don’t know why he contacts me still when he knows he’s gunna keep getting me saying the same stuff to him I’m never gunna get over what he put through

I know but I really did love the person he used to be and I don’t want that to be gone.

The person you loved isn’t real, it’s an illusion that he gave you so you’d stay with him. I know it hurts and I know that it’s hard to move on but you have to, you can’t let him ruin your life even more.

But how come he doesn’t want me to stay with him anymore. Like why does he treat me like trash I don’t get it would u not like someone caring? But I do know your right it’s just I can’t understand how the person I met and was with was so different how can he turn into this careless heartless monster like I don’t know him?

But he wasn’t tho he was kind and caring he would have done anything for me and was always there for me and now it’s like it’s all my fault and he’s gone as much as I tried for him I was never good enough

But how can it be fake it was so genuine the things he did for me no one else has ever done that for me before and I have tried but I just find it really hard I’m miserable without the old him

He’s a narcissist narcissistic people are evil they know how to play people, you will have to just learn to live without him, unless you want a narcissistic boyfriend who will end up getting worse and possibly killing you. That’s your choice but I’d say just forget him and move on.

Yeah he’s made me so miserable. I relied a lot on him in the relationship and now it’s all gone now and I feel empty I never get to go to nice places anymore no one to talk to all that gone and he’s living his best life all the women he wants all his friends he’s even doing the gym now something he never did before he seems to be happy without me tbh

You don’t have to rely on him you can go to nice places you can go alone or with your own friends, don’t let him make you feel this way, you can move on and start to live again you never know you might even meet someone who will treat you better, and you’ve learnt something as well.

I’ve went on a few dates and tbh every time I get let down by guys it makes me miss my ex more and I’ve texted my ex but he’s always ignoring me and if he does want to talk to me it’s only about s€x. It’s like he got over me so quick I don't know why I can’t do the same and believe me I’ve tried it’s been over a year now

He’s ignoring you because he doesn’t want to know, you have to learn to accept that, keeping on at him after a year just looks desperate, he’s moved on and so should you, a year is a long time, you can’t spend your life being miserable wanting someone who doesn’t want you. Delete his number for a start delete his photos and anything to do with him that way you can’t be tempted to message him and it will also help you let go.

I have went no contact and he was still contacting me randomly like even Christmas he wished me a happy Christmas and we didn’t speak for 3 months so like if he wanted nothing to do with me why would he email me randomly like but when I reply I get ghosted
