What advice Would you give me to stop feeling worthless after a guy only used me for sex?

• What I hate is that he treated me like a princess and took photos of me.
•He is very attractive, educated, former military, young, hard working, has goals and a gentleman. I feel broke because he is everything I anyways dreamed.
•I’m trying to breathe 🧘‍♀️ and meditate to understand I was not the one.
What hurts the most is that he’s exactly the same image of my ex but younger and one being a boss already who broke me and I became an alcoholic for 3 years.

• I blocked him everywhere before getting a response and wished him all the best and told him I don’t want that anymore.
I’m not that ugly I’m just depressed and don’t want to meet guys ever anymore.

Quit having sex with men that are not your husband. Sex is intimate. You are supposed to feel bad when you jump from bed to bed with different people that are not your mate. Birth control, the sexual revolution that you could just have "free" sex with whoever you felt like at anytime with no consequences was a lie.

No sex before marriage for thousands of years was a thing for a reason. Or just keep giving it up to any guy who gives you "feelings" and keep getting humped and dumped. It is your call.

Stop thinking that you can trade sex for love. Sex is sex. Have sex because you want to have sex. Then enjoy it if you can, and don't regret it. Lose all the patriarchical bullshit that you are somehow lessened because you had sex. You aren't. You are just a person who was in a relationship that ended, like most relationships do.
