Hey GAG, I'm a 14 year old boy and I'm trying to lose weight. Right now I'm about 165 and about 5'9-5'11 and I don't really have a good self image of myself right now. I've been doing crunches for about 4 months now on and off and have gotten some results, but I'm looking for something that will really make a difference. I'm planing on asking my mom to set up our treadmill we have so I can start to walk within the next week and have a place to start. Also I just started taking baseball lessons, I actually just got back from there, and will go about once a week. Right now I just feel really bad about my size and would like to stop feeling pudgy and chubby and I would like you guys to give me some good exercises to do and some of your own experiences, so your feedback will be apriciated more than you will ever know.
