I used to weigh 135 and was 5' now I weigh 135 and am 5'10". I started watching what I ate. Be sure to eat healthy (no processed foods, low carbs, etc). As long as you are motivated, that treadmill will be great, and picking up a sport will work wonders as well. One thing you need to be aware of is that while you lose fat you're also probably gaining muscle, so even if you don't see a huge change over extended periods of time, keep at it, you'll get there! I struggled with depression for years and am now finally coming out of it/out of it. I took up soccer in the spring and started eating better again since I stopped last year and lost around 15 lbs. I wish you luck! Just keep at it and you'll get where you want to be.10
Awesome for you gettin in shape. Being young definitely will make it easier. I lost almost 75 lbs a few years back. Its reallllly hard to make yourself start, but once you see that first ten pounds drop off, it is great motivation. Biggest thing is being actve in general. Watch what you eat - cut sugar and carbs as much as possible. Diet pop and fake sugar will still make you retan weight! Eat meats, make sure you are gettin lots of protein. Dont skip your veggies. I used to keep bottles of water and beef jerky at hand constantly. It sucks exercising, you will have bad days where some jerk gives you cake (lol). But just say "tomorrow i start over" and keep eating healthy.10
First off, you really shouldn't worry about losing weight until you're done growing, but if your so inclined, just try cutting on processed food out of every meal. If you normally have a PB&J, a bag of chips, and a cookie for lunch, try either just taking out the chips or cookie, or replacing it with something healthier like peanuts or some fruit. I've been doing this for the past week, and it seems to be working. Eventually, you're probably going to want to work your way up to no processed foods.0

So you want to get fit fast, for some people it feels like a chore. That makes them lose focus and give up. Getting fit can be fun if you do circuit training, set up your own custom circuit and keep at it, maybe a 10 minute rotations for an hour. The best thing about circuit training is that it doesn't feel like training at all

What do you do when your legs are hurting? Run
What do you do when you're out of breath? Keep going
What do you do when you have nothing left? Don't stop
