I am afraid that my ex girlfriend is seeing someone else and I hate my feeling?

We broke up and its been months, but sometimes i panic and overthink that she might be seeing someone else, i really do not care if she is or not but why my mind is thinking this way !!!

Because deep down it probably bothers you that she would be moving on with someone else. Or the thought that you're still single while she's out there having sex with someone new could be a cause of your anxiety. It's okay.

As broken-record as it might sound, you gotta stay active. Stay around friends and family. Try to meet someone new to date, which shouldn't be too bad because you said it's been months since you guys broke up. Move on in life without her.

She's your ex, so why does it matter if she is, or not? She's obviously not going to remain single for the rest of her life, but since you've broken up, it has nothing to do with you, anymore.

An ex is an ex. What caused the breakup? If it has been a few months she probably has found someone else. Just try to remember the fun you had and you need to move on also.
