What does it mean when your ex asks you for advice?

my ex boyfriend and I have been talking a lot for the past 6 months now

we are very close etc..and I don't know if he has feelings for me

but he does the contacting me part

so I'm thinking he does like me but is unsure if he want to tell me since he was the one who dumped me..yes I still love him

but he lives 3 hours away ,

anyways he told me yesterday how he failed his exam and he was so upset and was telling me all about it..

why is he doing this ? I mean guys don't go around telling people they failed ? or do they..i guess either he's not ashamed of telling everyone or he only tells me because he knows I can listen and help him ? does this mean he likes me..i know it means he trusts me probably but could there also be feelings behind it ?

would you go to your ex only if you trusted her ?

well he definitly attatched to you. but I don't know what's going through his mind mabey he dumped oyu because your too far away and he wants to stay open. tell him how you feel and give him some time and I bet he'll be asking for another chance

He is using you as emotionally support, that is a bad sign if you want your ex back, tell him that "your sorry that he failed his exam and for him to try harder next time and tell him you will talk to him later"... don't his tool
