What does it mean when a guy makes a marriage pact with you?

I was having a conversation with a good friend who I have feelings for but I'm not 100% sure if he has feelings for me... we were talking about relationships and he said that if we aren't married by 25 we should marry each other. We were texting though so I'm not sure if he was joking or being serious.

men can be very subtle with certain flirting and sorts of things like that. but I would say try and get a little bit more deeper your interactions because it may have just been a silly joke or may have been a small hint that he sees a future with you.

Yea he always talks about marrying me and we've had conversations about what our kids would look like lol and he's mentioned wanting to meet my family knowing I never bring anyone home

if he's talking about marrying and kids and meeting your family then you have someone that wants to be with you sincerely. most men don't talk about these things unless they are comfortable with the person they choose to be with. so you got a winner congratulations.
