Lol Europe is not one country with one culture. In countries like Italy blonde hair is considered desirable, but in the Netherlands a tan with dark hair is more desirable. Things the people there naturally don't have. I know so many blonde girls who dye their hair dark brown and tan all the time. Also most guys I know prefer dark hair.

It can vary, some men prefer the typical English Rose appearance, others like the red hired Irish lass look, others prefer brunettes with blue eyes. It's really hard to pigeonhole people. But yes the one you mentioned is one of the desired preferences.

I think many do tend to have a slim and tall build though.
I don't know European, American or any others country views on what they define as a beautiful woman. But if countries can't agree & say that the photos above me depict a gorgeous looking woman, well I don't know.
I don't think that's the European beauty standard. And Europe is so diverse, the "standard" changes from region to region.

Well from the countries that I've been in Europe this is the beauty standard in Russia, In Slovenia in Greece in Cyprus in Germany in Albania in Austria and in many others
