In Europe the ideal beauty most of the times is the classic super tall, super slim blonde goddess with elegant characteristics like her

Lol Europe is not one country with one culture. In countries like Italy blonde hair is considered desirable, but in the Netherlands a tan with dark hair is more desirable. Things the people there naturally don't have.
I know so many blonde girls who dye their hair dark brown and tan all the time. Also most guys I know prefer dark hair.

It can vary, some men prefer the typical English Rose appearance, others like the red hired Irish lass look, others prefer brunettes with blue eyes. It's really hard to pigeonhole people. But yes the one you mentioned is one of the desired preferences.
