What did you think when it happened?

I had a mixed reaction to it. Half of me thought “how cute, she wants to claim me, that’s so sweet.” The other half thought “f*ck that, I told her from day one I don’t do relationships.”

I cut it off every time. I remember this one chick in particular made me think she was trying to move in with me. She didn’t do the typical leave a pair of panties on the floor or leave hair bands or a hair clip or whatever. She went above and beyond. I go to open my dresser drawer and find a nighty a few pairs of panties and some assorted lingerie. I was like “great.” Then a few hours later I went to get something from a drawer in my bathroom and found a toothbrush, some body lotion, like 2 tampons, and some perfume.

I was like “negative ghostrider.”

Called her and asked about it all. She told me it’s for when she comes over and stays the night. Granted she’d come over 2 or 3 times a week but I wasn’t having it.

With the one girl I also distinctly remember thinking “what’s next? Am I going to come home one day and find she has a moving truck outside.”

This is what does tend to irritate me about girls where it’s a friends with benefits type situation. I don’t lead them on. I always tell them when it comes up or from day one in some cases I don’t want anything serious involving commitment. They all agree and say they’re fine with it, then 9 times out of 10 the subtitle try to turn it into a committed relationship. I think they all think their vaginas have magical powers and I’ll change my mind after a month or two. I wish they could just understand we can hook up, we can have fun, even go places together but I don’t want to have to care what they do, who they do it with or where they are when I’m not with them, and likewise I don’t want them trying to control me. I won’t be wrapped around anyone’s finger.
