So I've been trying to get a second date with this girl, but since she was studying in another city and comes home for the holidays, I've kinda given up on her, but after i posted a story of some vodka she replied telling me to tone it down with the drinking and said that she missed alcohol, then she asked when we were gonna hang out and stuff, i asked her if she wanted to hangout this Sunday but she left me on delivered, this wasn't the first time she did this..

I actually said "let's hangout this Sunday then" after i asked her if she was coming to my city anytime soon to which she replied she was coming tomorrow. Maybe i came across too direct or cold?

She had her chance... didn't take it... short of her begging and pleading she shouldn't be given another one.

If that were me, I'd probably just block her to be honest. She is now your lowest priority unless she proves herself worthy. You could just see what you think is best, just keep in mind that she had her chance and is now low priority.
