I would date a fan of anime, manga, or Japanese culture with no problem. I think there is nothing wrong with that. If the girl thinks Japanese is a cool sounding / looking language and learns it, all the better for her. Heck, I really like/appreciate the style of art myself, and the Japanese have a unique way of telling stories I think compared to many Western plot lines.

Dating a full weeaboo is something I wouldn't do though. Honestly, unless the phrases are said in irony-- like they're doing it on purpose to sound goofy, it would be incredibly cringy to me. I think of someone that qualifies as a weeaboo as a person that almost denounces their self in a wish that they were Japanese. With doing so, they also often over glorify Japanese culture and make it something that isn't and wasn't meant to be, like thinking Japanese guys constantly speak like Sasuke from Naruto, or girls all have high pitch voices and act like a rom com character. It just would be too awkward to me.
