Guys, How to move forward with a guy after sleeping with him one time and messing up with a drunk text afterwards?

I met this guy at a bar a couple months ago and we hooked up. We just followed each other on Instagram and that was it, didn’t talk or keep in touch right after or anything. Fast forward to two months later I got drunk and dm him on Instagram cause I was stupid and hammered. I woke up kind of embarrassed since the messages were about meeting up at 2am and he didn’t seem super into it. I thought I ruined the shot if ever hooking up again but a month after that, he liked two of my Instagram photos at 2am. So guessing it was a drunk Friday night shot back. I’m not sure what to do now because I already dmd him and it went poorly but if he liked a couple of my old pictures I’m assuming he’s still interested? How do I move forward from this I’m just looking to hook up with someone consistently lol
