Do Guys Care About a Girl's Grades?

Do you, guys, look at a girl's grades when going into a serious relationship?

If there is this beautiful stunning girl that you are madly in love with her, or there is this girl who caught your attention or even this pretty girl in your chemistry class that you like...

Would you change and go for another girl if she had bad grades, like from "D" and under?

What if her grade record was "D's" and under among most of her high school years? What would you do? And why?

I don't care about her grades so much, but I will help her get her grades up or find what she accels at. There's lots of reasons someones grades are not good. School is designed for people who think a certain way, can sit in a seat for hours on end and have good study/focus habits. Some people are also suffering under stress of life, traumas from life, fears. Her gifts may be in other areas... for example... maybe she's terrible at math, but she's amazing at art. Would someone throw out a great artist like Michaelangelo because his social studies scores are low? How about the savant who is brilliant at math, but can't tie their shoe laces? Actually... that would drive me nuts...

I could address a lot of the problems and make her feel good about herself, wich is what a boyfriend.. best friend and love should do. So no, grades not problem per se.

BUT... you've given me a great first date idea. Henceforth... girls.. I want to see your report cards:)

I would personally not care too much about grades but if could I would like to help her improve or she gets motivated and improve her grades herself
Even the slightest of improvement is okay as long as there is hardwork and effort and being a guy I love to see girls work hard even if the outcome is not what is expected... Doing this could also give make you mentally prepared for a quick idea to pop up...
Looks aren't everything God knows what will happen when you're dumb, you don't need to be the smartest just carry yourself with knowledge and use common sense

Grades do make a difference. I'm more attracted to intelligent women, who have some drive. That combination tends towards good grades. They don't need to be straight A's, but good grades show intelligence and willingness to work toward a goal, and to have self control, motivation. All which are good traits. That doesn't meant I would not be interested in someone who gets poorer grades, just that I tend to be more attracted to the above traits.

Guys don't care. No one else cares once you have moved on from school to the next thing. High school grades can make a difference in college admissions. College grades can make a difference in graduate school admissions or getting your first job. After that they don't matter.

I can assure you, VERY VERY big majority does not. Maybe there is an all A's student who will care, but VERY VERY big majority of guys don't give a single fuck.

I do admire that my girlfriend is a gifted straight A’er but also that she is down to earth too. I wouldn’t leave her for grades if that were what you are implying.
