This graphic shows the lowest and highest response rates, meaning the percentage of people who respond when someone indicates interest after viewing their profile (in this case, showing interest means sending the other person a “yes” if you like their profile).
I found it particularly interesting that all races of men have the highest response rate to women outside their own race and only Asian men don’t have the highest response rate to Asian women. It was also interesting that black and white women were the only groups who had the highest response rate to their own race and black women had the lowest response rate to white men, which every other race of women responded to the most.

Something to keep in mind here is that this is on dating apps, and not real life, which is where people still mostly meet each other. It's possible that people looking on dating apps are more comfortable approaching people than they would be in real life, or looking for something different than is easily available in real life. Respective ages could also be a factor here, e. g., someone may be more willing to date a person of a different race if that person is in what is to them a more desirable age range.

East Asian women idealize European aesthetics and appearances. It’s in their media and culture to portray Western European appearances as the ideal appearance.
Also, Asian women are easy compared to white women, which is another reason why they’re popular amongst white men. Some claim that they’re actually more attractive, but I can’t relate.

Men like Asian women because society says Asian women are gorgeous, submissive, and open sexually. That's the trifecta right there.
I don't think there is overt racism in the data. I think it is about the planned sexual experience and ease of 'hitting it.'

i think its a geography thing. The places where some races are seen as desirable and some aren't will have people flocking to the desirable races. But its not the same standard everywhere.
And also the men and women of a race can be seen as very different.

Also I feel that most men were looking for hook-ups ( which is why they seemed to go outside their race) while women seemed to be more interested in some type of a relationship.
