Do you think cleanliness and good hygiene play a role in attractiveness?

To me personally I think it plays a big role in attractiveness admire a guy who is very clean and somewhat a very neat freak who keeps his car and his house clean and love to keep everything neat and organized and also for the guy to have excellent hygiene I love it when a guy smells fresh and his hair always smells like shampoo every time I see him and he is always well-dressed and looking nice and especially when the guy wears cologne I find that to be very sexy and very attractive.

I would personally get turned off if I an amazing hot attractive guy and he decides to take me on a date and his car is a mess and he wants to go to his house to have sex and his room looks like a tornado went through it it would personally turn me off and it will make me view him as less attractive. But I always find it very attractive when a person regardless of gender takes good care of themselves physically inside and out Because it shows that they care about themselves and I find that to be very sexy and attractive.

It definitely plays a factor. Something about a guy that takes care of himself, smells good, has good hygiene, and he has a clean, nice smelling house? That is a huge plus to me! It shows he takes care of himself, is responsible, isn't lazy or filthy!

I don't want to get in a guy's car and have to check to make sure I'm not sitting in dirt, or wondering why it stinks in his house, haha.

I will put it this way: I am definitely more attracted to a guy that keeps a clean house than one that lives like a pig, or doesn't know how to wash his own dishes.

It not only plays a role, it's a subliminal must if you were raised right. Cleanliness not only extends to your physical self but to all areas involving you. That which is right is kept, known and never forgotten. If you know the answers then the people who cannot know the questions you dont associate unless your standards are low.
