I rejected a guy but he won’t stop texting me?

Before anyone says this, I have tried to make it as clear as possible that he does not have a chance with me. I have told him it’s nothing the matter with him, I just need someone with a similar personality type and I don’t want nor expect him to change himself for me. It’s just not going to happen.

He keeps texting me everyday asking me how I am. He told me “not to make you feel bad” but he’s been drinking a lot after I rejected him... It’s not my problem what he does with himself so I feel no sympathy for him.

This is a guy I go to college with, so if I block him he will just come up to me in person and I’d really rather he didn't.

WE WERE ONLY TEXTING FOR LIKE 4 DAYS AND HE IS SO ATTACHED. How do I get him to stop without being rude?

Well Billy I don't think that there is a way that you can get out of this without being rude some guys just will not take no for an answer the more you tell them that they have no chance the harder they try to get into your pants I just came up with that I'm sorry my mind is not right but that is actually true I mean you are not encouraging him at all matter of fact you're doing your best to discourage him and he's just thinking that he fights harder and harder you will eventually give in so you're going to have to get rid of him afraid maybe not maybe if you think about it real hard you can come up with a way but I don't know the guy you know him more than I do but I think I know his type and you're probably not safe once he nothing once he gets into his mind that he cannot have you no matter what I don't want to scare you but you need to never walk alone at night always be aware of your surroundings that's not a way to live but you have to because of these f***** up idiots

If you have already told him off via text you might need to block him. Should he confront you then warn him that you'll contact authorities for harassment. You need to make him afraid or he won't stop. It'll help if you have a guy friend who can be with you to tell him to back off.

To be blunt hon, you can’t always be nice with guys like this. Be rude, be a bitch. Tell him that he’s bothering you, and that you want him to leave you alone. No texts, no emails, no calls, no letter and no personal contact.

I’ve been emotionally manipulated about alcohol with an ex. I’m not about to let that happen again. What he chooses to do with his rejection is none of my concern.

He's only playing the sympathy card with alcohol. It's been four days and he's already to the point of nearly stalking you. Imagine I you gave him as much as a month. He obviously has issues with rejection. I don't think anyone enjoys it but either someone needs to put it to a stop, or a tpo may be necessary if he can't control himself any better. No means no.

If he comes up to you in person just deal with him like you'd deal with anyone else you dont like. Be polite but firm.

Yikes.. You should probably say "please stop contacting me." Then screenshot it and hold onto the picture as proof of your request to cease communication. If he keeps hitting you up, and there's really no other way to get him to stop then get a restraining order. I'm never a fan of getting authorities involved in these situations, but some times people just really don't get it.

unfortunately you may have to be rude with him. Guys that don't get it when a girls says no sometimes have to be told NO... You can try ignoring his text and see if he gets the message, but he may still come up tp you and ask why you haven't answered his text. You may try to text him back next time he text and ask him to please not text you anymore and see if that works.
