Well you have two choices:

Come out and tell her how you feel. If she's unaware of your feelings, she might just see you as a friend. Contrary to what most people think, not all of us can read or tell when a guy likes us! If you're at that point where you're getting frustrated- and I can tell you are, come out and tell her you're interested in her and want to know if the feeling is mutual.

Option two is to move on. That's assuming she's made it obvious she's not interested in you or just wants to be friends. There's no point in investing your time in someone that you want, but the feeling isn't mutual: trust me, I know :|

She never discusses other guys. If she does she makes it clear they’re a friend. I meet up with her (just us 2) every week. I don’t know if I flirt correctly with her. But I assume I make it obvious since I want to see her every week, I make prolonged eye contact with her, I tap her arms and shoulders a lot.

I'm dense as hell when it comes to reading guys. She might just assume you're being playful or listening to her. NO. Be more direct and just ask her if she's ever considered you as more than a friend.

I can't pick between the two options because I would continue to hang out with your crush just in case it made them feel like they did something wrong, maybe they're waiting on you to make a movie or maybe they're slowly building their confidence, but it's good to still see your other options
