Do women treat ugly guys worse than good looking guys?

By “treat”, I mean in a normal work environment. I know that the halo effect is in play, but those are usually minor differences. I’m talking about not wanting to work with someone you don’t find physically attractive. I usually have to take care of my face, have a high sense of fashion, go to the gym, etc because I find that it’s harder to work with women who don’t find you attractive. Maybe that’s just me and my anecdotal evidence, but that’s how I see it right now.

Being good looking isn’t pure bliss cause it leads to drama if your married or dating somebody and a relationship cannot be sustained based on looks alone, it just gives you the advantage of opportunity, you still have to work as hard as any ugly guy to keep your wife happy once the marriage takes place.

Depends on the situation.
If an objectively ugly guy/girl tries his hand at a beautiful guy/girl while this very guy/girl had something going on with a good looking guy/girl... Well.
They are definitely pissing outside the vase now, aren't they?

no, I actually find it easier than with someone very attractive, more distraction then :P. I worked with several unfortunate looking men, no problem for me, except that some of them thought I was at least nice enough to hit on me when off duty xD
