I would be cautious with this term because it can have two opposed meanings.
It could be the casual "let's get together casually for the fun of it" or it could also mean "my aim is to get into your pants sooner or later".
It is up to you to analyze the situation and to find out which of the two meanings apply to this guy. Is he the player type of person? Is he a body collector or is he just a friend that you don't have to fear anything?
