Aside from the usual questions like "What do you do?" or "What are your interests?", what questions do you ask?

If you ever get stumped just use WHY. Why will get you a much deeper conversation then What.
Oh you are a police officer.. . why did you decide to choose that profession? Oh you enjoy horseback riding... why are you passionate about horses? Etc Etc
“All the down votes on my comments are a glitch. GAG is looking into the issue. Thank you for your understanding.”
Why is cliched turn off never use it.
Why can indicate that you are questioning ability of a person
@he-takes-a-part Only if you are insecure would you feel that way. WHY gets you to the good stuff. Thanks for the comments.
Why would one practically be insecure to a stranger question that doesn't makes sense if one holds enuf confidence who gives a shit so why a why at first instance. Thanks to you too
@he-takes-a-part What gets you one word answers Why gets you the story behind it. Thanks
Was never her to learn theoratical aspects could teach somewhere after u already deviated lets end
Just infer to the information you already know. There's no right questions its about reading into the moment. If you're listening to what someone says there's alway a question to convey if you're genuinely interested in them or the topic. Learn more about yourself and you'll be able to be free in your beliefs and opinions, questions are everywhere dont give in to emotions and they'll come a lot easier. Forgive your mother and turn away from anger
The notion that everyone likes talking about themselves is almost a complete lie. When in out I love listening to other people and hearing their side as well. Avoid small talk. And intiate the talking by bringing up stories, incidents etc. This will allow conversation to flow between you.
Asking what their favourite music is or what social causes are important to them or what their favourite book is would be good.

People love to talk about themselves.
But it works well when you play questions and answers and ask leading questions.
What would you do this situation.
Tell me a funny thing you used to do when you were a kid.
Check if they're interested in astrology
Or something that can lead into other wide topics and then you'll see the conversation goes on.
Ask or talk which both are interested in. This can be asked by asking like what you like on food, sports, movie etc. and can make conversation ahead.
After that once you are set old and new talks emerges.
Sometime it become hard to what to talk but need to hold things and cut talks.
"FOSTER" tactic
F= where are you "from"?
O= what is your "occupation"?
S= did you "study" anything?
T= where have you "traveled"?
E= what is your "ethnic" background"?
R= what do you do to "relax"?
Ask about his childhood, his life goals, city or country guy, where has he traveled to, how does he spend his free time, favorite restaurant, food, show, sport, role model
Childhood? Omg thanks doc. Guy runs.

I've already got the man I want
I'm on @PeacefulRainDrop's side. I'd love to have a woman who actually cares about me as a child. Because that person was me just as much as the current Me is me.
1. Do you have any favorite places to visit in the city/town?
2. Listening to any good music lately?
3. Have you tried so and so food?
