Not sure how finding women’s lotion is a red flag. Could be from someone he was dating who left it there and why throw it out. Maybe he uses it or wanted to keep it as he plans on having casual sex in the future and women like to be able to use it. If you are in a committed relationship with him I don’t see the issue.
