She wants to be friends after the first date?

We went bowling as a first date. We laughed, teased each other, and had a great time together. It ended with a hug and I gave her a kiss on her forehead. I felt like I found the perfect person. A day before our 2nd date she texted me saying how I'm a great guy but we should stick as friends. I'm obviously not looking to be friends but I don't know how to reply back to her after that. What should I do?
