How quickly do most women tend to get needy?

I believe a ton of (most) women (of all ages) get needy at some point, especially when dating a busy, career-driven man.

Guys -- how quickly have the girls you have dated gotten needy?

Ladies -- how quickly have you noticed yourself getting (even a little) needy?

Guys and Ladies -- Needy, meaning texting more than you/she used to, you/her waiting with bated breath for a returned call/text, you/her asking you/him is everything is "okay," etc?

I can be kinda needy, but I’m not wasting my breath on trying to microanalyze everything and worry if he’s not into me anymore. I know that people are busy. Especially if I know their work schedule and hobbies.
For example, my boyfriend works a lot. He works in a space that does not get good reception. When we first started dating and talking he would text me instantly and talk to me all day. It slowed down when we got serious and started seeing each other almost every day.

Somewhat quickly in my case. But plenty of busy career driven girls aren’t needy at all.

Actually I've seen a lot of needy women on here that I know were coming off as needy but as the person that I am, obviously Im not gonna take advantage of them, they can get needy when they have problems with their man, which is the most common from what I've experienced.
