My boyfriend (for last 6 months) visited another country with his best female friend. He told me before going that she has boyfriend and they’ll book two separate rooms. Now he is back, my mind has not stopped thinking about them. I trust him but this was difficult and I asked him not do it in future. I even thought about breakup but he said nothing happened and she is best friend. Few things which are on mind are-
If he had feelings for her, he would have hid the fact that he is going with her
If I keep going, what if he goes on trip with another woman next time
He says this is 21st century and we should be more open. At the same time, he says “I know I hurt you, but I love you “
He has put more efforts in our relationship and always made me happy and pampered. Not sure if he is willing to take a risk of let it go.
Our beautiful relationship doesn’t feel normal now, because I keep checking what he is doing, whom he is talking etc. I want to give second chance.
I already raised this couple of times and he said nothing happened. Should I again ask him about what happened with her? And whether he has feelings for her?
