i am a black man and i hate snow bunnies let me specify not black women but girls who only want to date me cause i’m black cause i dated one and she constantly had to bring up how she is white and i am black and she hated in her own race and white men it made me so uncomfortable cause it was basically racist i just never said anything about it i eventually broke it off with her to all other black men or men who have dated a quote on quote snow bunny what was your experience and do you also dislike them cause i asked a few of my friends and they also said they outright refuse to be with one or hook up with one cause they said they are 99% racist but don’t realize it

I don't blame you; I'd be pretty damn uncomfortable with that myself. I mean, it's one thing to see someone who's (to you) exotic and new, and be attracted to them because of that, but you're dating a PERSON, not a characteristic.

My parents were kids in the 60's, and saw the social upheaval firsthand. They raised us to think that racism is stupid, and one of my mother's proudest moments was when my sister brought home a boyfriend to meet the family, and when she saw him get out of the car, mom realized he was black. Was she proud because her daughter was "making up for past injustices", or some such nonsense? No- she was proud because, to my sister, it didn't seem like something worth mentioning; it didn't matter. That was the goal at one point; somehow, it got lost somewhere along the way.

i don’t think white people have to make up for the past all races were enslaved and all races face discrimination i don’t see why some black people have to bring it up all the time when something bad happened i just wanna live my life and not have the color of my skin brought up every 10 seconds
