If a girl did his, would you think she is interested in you?

Picture out this:
You were doing something together with other people (like attending an afternoon course or smth) and when it ended you said you were going to smoke a cigarette. Everybody went home but a girl said she was going to keep you company and she stood with you to chat until you were done and then went home.
You know this girl and are on friendly terms but nothing more.
What would you think? Would you think she is interested in you or wouldn’t you read too much into it?

PS I’m the girl and I did this and I’d only like to know what he might have thought about it. Yes, I do like him but don’t actually want him to know (long story). And I don’t smoke. Lol
