Do bipolar people have a hard time dating?

I used to really like a bi-polar girl regardless of her illness, but it didn't work out. Which led me to think, would she have a hard time dating? Especially when discussing to her date that she has bi-polar?

absolutely. i higly suggest not trying to date a bi-polar person. not cause i have some sort of hate or cause i lack sympathy. but because i know how horrific this disease is and like no matter how strong you think your love for that person is, you can not handle that shit. you're lucky if you survive that relationship without needing therapy yourself...
