Girls, Should you change yourself if you are not getting dates?

I was always a nerdy kinda guy. Spend my free time on either creative hobbies or charity work. Like helping in animal or disability centers. Those take a good chunk of my time. I am glad I helped a lot of people and animals in my life but I am always lonely. Most women want the cool types of guys and it's very uncommon for guys my age to get involved in charity work and not partying and having fun.
I am getting a very hard time, depressed, and suicidal lately. I am still a virgin and most women want experienced guys. I am afraid that no one will date me for the current me, other people who are into relationships don't waste their free time on charity work.
I am not implying that any good work entitles me to anything. It takes time and I want to change my lifestyle.

I get in but you are still very young and sometimes in logic vs dumb mind, dumb mind wins, after years of loneliness and depression. It's something you can't control.
