Guys, Is this a good sign or no?

I asked this guy out to a mutual friends party I am arranging (he is just a friend atm and has no clue I'm in to him) he said he might be away at that time but if not it sounds good. I just responded casually by saying thank you 😊 he then went on to ask where the party was being held and to make sure they have he's favourite drink. I let him know I found somewhere that sells he's favourite drink he said he loves that place. I'm hoping he is going to attend.. is this a good sign he could come? He is the only guy I have been in to since separating from a long term relationship. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼

I understand what you mean, I was just hopeful as he asked what pub we would be going and make sure they had he's favourite beer, I thought this could be a sign he is coming?
