Mmmm... Gender Rolls. (*salivates*)

And no, girls wouldn't do that. Because putting yourself out there for a complete stranger and risking being rejected, mocked, verbally berated or called a sexual predator/rapist, requires bravery and courage. And most women are cowards.
Not to mention, most women suck at initiating conversation because they never had to socially develop those skills like men have to. Most women are BORING AS F*CK to talk to! Not being mean, but it's the truth! How rare is it to find a girl who can be funny or hold an intelligent conversation? (And while it's true many guys can't either, way MORE of them can hold their own than girls, out of sheer necessity.)
If you want further proof women would not chase the guys first and do all the courting, just take a look at Bumble! "The empowering female dating app where ladies make the first move!"

And HOW many women on dating apps actually write the first message (let alone the first message to guys who aren't GigaChads)?

I rest my case, your Honor.
I can vouch for that. I used to use bumble (recently stopped using it) because women never send the first message. And when they do they couldn’t care less if it went anywhere. The one girl I met on it who did message me didn’t try to get to know me at all. I was the only one making an effort. Then she gets with some dude while we were taking. I should never have allowed myself to catch feelings for her. Never again will that happen.
@SolitarySolace You gotta wonder what agendas some of these people on these sites have. I have heard of women on Instagram talking to guys and then they soon start asking for money to feed their hungry kids or to take care of their sick mother. If people seem fake they probably are.
The thing is, she didn’t seem fake. She seemed like a normal manipulative woman. Just another typical woman.
@Daniela1982
@SolitarySolace Not all are manipulative. The rich and powerful definitely are.
My 3 exes were manipulative. The woman who falsely accused me and shoved an ex parte PPO up my ass was manipulative. This girl I met on the dating app was manipulative. They all Manipulated my heart. Don’t try and tell me women aren’t manipulative. Not just the rich ones. And don’t tell me I’ve been involving myself with a specific type of women. By now, they are all manipulative. @Daniela1982
@SolitarySolace Wow, you must have horrible taste in women. Where are you meeting these tarts, in a bar?
I don’t do bars. I met most of these women online and they happened to either live in the same state or same location as me. The one who falsely accused me I met in college. They’re everywhere. So I don’t bother anymore. @Daniela1982
I've had girls ask me out before, it's relatively rare though. Would be interesting to see what would happen if that was the expectation though.
I think that many girls would say they would, but the reality of going up to somebody and asking them out he is very different from saying you would. I'm very confident when it comes to approaching girls, but even then I'm always apprehensive, it really isn't as easy as it looks.
I did ask guys out countless times. Never worked.
I might be too ugly, or in reality they don't actually like it, they get terrified that a girl actually likes them, and like in a deer in head light they just want to run. I don't know.
I will not do it again.
I know it's easier to let the guys do the asking, but if you never try, or give up trying, you will wind up with no reward. All you need is one to say yes and it makes it all worth it.
This is such an Americanized problem. Women ask men out all the time. I've been the one to initiate at least half of my relationships with men.

Some family friend guy is against dating but even more so against marriage and children, he hates kids haha
But a girl insisted on taking him out and now they have dated for like 5 years and he actually likes it
See, goes to show you that you never know.
Yeah, I mean... I've asked out men before with current gender norms.
Why the fuck would I listen to society and hope someone I like becomes a mindreader and magically figures out I want to date them?
I'll just ask. Because fuck gender roles, if you like someone talk to them.
Reading questions on G@G I have seen a lot won't due to shyness, or anxiety, like social anxiety.
I would hope, sit and wait... for you to ask me out, even if hell starts to freeze
I'm talking in general. Say at school or even in a store.
I am sure they would... at least in my case, the majority of the times, women have approached me first with the initial interest and intrigue
Erm girls actively ask guys out.
had it from being at school until recently
I also do not think it’s that rare, admittedly it’s usually one of her mates etc setting up a date.
The ones that do ask men out, after being rejected they usually can't handle it and try to spread lies about him and then she doesn't ask out anybody ever again. That is usually how it works.
It does not matter if a young woman wants to ask a man out. Sometimes you have to be bold. So step forward.
Just wait for Sadie Hawkins Day in November and let it rip!
Say what?
There is NOTHING keeping women from asking out guys.
But they don't because it makes them look like hussies.
i would practice the "bend and snap" so she can see the good stuff when i bend over to pick things up
Be ready to be friend zoned lol 😆.
I can feel the power.
You want to have sex no , not in mood , you praise me I would say don't sexualize me lol 😂
there’d be a lot of virgin girls if they had to do the pursuing 🤣
Still waiting for them to have the courage to answer this question.. rotflmao.
That'll never happen. The people who want to end gender roles seem to conveniently forget that there is a biological aspect to those roles.
Expand on that.
Dont ask me. I would always say no unless she is getting me free food
Sounds like a lot of girls that do that too. Go out on a date for a free meal.
Some girls have already learned how to take the initiative.
I would have been alright if they went out and chased more
lol no women answered…
I guess that means they would be too scared to.
To be fair tho it’s not exactly the same cuz women r much smaller and weaker and so approaching men would be scarier but women def don’t understand how much it takes to approach a random stranger and start a convo
Yes! Of course I would.
You didn't read the question, did you?
The decrease in population would be obvious
What is the difference? Every other girl has an abortion anyways.
I’ll ask you out now as you are a female
Would be nice for a change
if roles were reversed, it would be the norm
Women should.
