I'm shy, and introverted. If I'm feeling a bit intimidated or worried I did something wrong previously, I might wait for him to reach out to me first. I might suggest going out, but then prefer that he suggest the time/place, so I know it's something he will enjoy. This probably means I should work on my insecurity a bit, but it doesn't necessarily mean I'm uninterested in the guy.
