A friend said I’m the “type of girl guys don’t commit to”?

A “friend” said that to me the other day. And she said she’s the “relationship material girl” while I’m the “girl guys only want to f***.” Why would she say something like that?

Because she’s a pick me girl. She’s bringing you down and putting herself up because she’s jealous and insecure, probably of you. She sees other girls as a threat, so has to convince herself she’s to the standard of ‘wife material’ (whatever that means) and all you sluts are below her.

Just ignore her, what she says shows more about her than you. Anyone else listening would be able to see that too.

They try to make themselves seem different from other girls because they feel like they have to be better to impress boys. The way they speak, interact with people and act screams ‘pick me’. They’re insufferable.

Buuuut, If she was just saying guys don't want to lock down a girl who does xyz and that happened to apply to you, then that's her being real with you.
